Placing your keywords in your website title, header titles, Meta keywords and anchor text can be good for optimizing your website.

Doing that too often or hiding some of these keywords with hidden text or repeating keywords is bad for your website.

Not only will the content of your website look spammy to your readers, even the search engines will see your website as gibberish.

Do not use the same keyword repeatedly and saturate your website with it. What you want is natural content to appear on your website.

You risk getting your website banned if you do such methods thinking you are optimizing your website for the keywords chosen.
